Emergency 911

Traffic safety on our roads had become a major concern for the Pelham Police Department.

This year the Pelham Police have instituted special patrols targeting problem areas. Chief Roark has assigned a team of officers to operate traffic enforcement patrols throughout town to combat complaints from residents. Patrolman Matt Keenliside is also assigned as the full time traffic enforcement officer.

Pelham has also received grants from the New Hampshire Highway Safety Agency for seatbelt check points this past summer and ranked third of all New Hampshire communities participating in the program.

As a result Pelham has been awarded additional grant money to operate these check points again. Drive safe this year and buckle up.

Traffic Accident Reconstruction. Information Links

In the event of a serious traffic accident the Pelham Police Department has a  certified Traffic Accident Reconstruction Unit.

Their job is to investigate all serious or fatal motor vehicle crashes in town to determine the cause of the accident. The information and evidence gathered is not only used in the prosecution of violators but is helpful in preventing future accidents
